Pre-Closing Questionnaire
For Sellers
It has been our pleasure working with you throughout the sale of your home.
In order to facilitate a smooth closing, please complete the form below. It includes information about mail, trash day, etc. and will be sent to the buyer's agent prior to closing.
Additionally, please remember to bring the following items with you to closing: (1) at at least 1 house key. This key will be provided to the buyer AFTER closing and funding. If you have any other keys, garage door openers or appliance manuals, you can leave them in a kitchen drawer for the buyers to retrieve upon possession. (2) Valid Picture ID. (3) Wiring instructions or a cancelled check for your proceeds.
It's customary for a buyer to schedule a final walk-thru of your home prior to closing. Typically this is done a maximum of 48 hours before closing.
If you have not yet sent us any applicable repair receipts, please do so at your earliest convenience.
Most importantly, please note that wire fraud is on the rise. Please confirm any wiring instructions over the phone or in person. The Heather Guild Group will never send wire instructions via email.
